Both of us were raised in families that emphasized the value of real estate not just as a place to live, but as a long-term investment and a vehicle for building generational wealth. That foundation guided our careers: Sara became a top-performing agent on the number one real estate team in Wilmington, while Jordan built a successful career in public accounting. With our combined backgrounds in real estate and finance, we saw an opportunity to build something meaningful.
Our personal rental portfolio grew quickly and organically, thanks to a hands-on, research-driven approach that led to exceptional results.

As a husband and wife team, we handle every aspect of the business together—from onboarding new clients and coordinating showings to managing guest communication, leases, listings, maintenance, and financial reporting.
We play to our strengths as Sara brings deep expertise from her career in real estate, while Jordan applies his background in public accounting to oversee financial performance and operations.
