This charming and inviting two bedroom, two bathroom retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience for your beach getaway! The home can sleep up to six guests with one bedroom having a queen and the other having two twin beds, plus a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The interior of the home blends coastal charm and modern ease with its crisp shiplap walls, warm wooden accents, and light filled living spaces that invite you to relax the moment you arrive! 

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for enjoying meals at home. After a day on the sand, unwind in the spacious living area before heading outside to take in the coastal air! The exterior of the home features a fully fenced yard allowing you to create your own private oasis, complete with a grill, fire pit, picnic table, and grassy area for gathering. You will also find a detached laundry area with a washer and dryer, where all the complimentary beach gear is stored including bikes, chairs, and bags — making it easy to pack up for your seaside adventures. The front porch is equally inviting, perfect for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings spent under the coastal sky! 

The best part of this home is the location as you are just minutes from everything: less than a 4 minute walk to the Southeast 31st Scenic Walkway that leads to the beach and a public kayak launch with rentals from the Oak Island Recreation Center. A short 10 minute stroll brings you directly to the beach along this path while Veterans Park is only 5 minutes away, offering access to the ocean, Davis Canal, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Your everday conveniences are nearby too, with a grocery store just 2 minutes away, the 40th Street beach access only 1 mile, and charming Southport just 15 minutes from the door. Wilmington is also within reach in about 40 minutes!
