Dave and I are the proud owners of a condo unit in Carolina Beach North Carolina. We made the decision to use the condo for short term rentals while we live in Phoenix, AZ.
We have had previous long-term rental experience with a property in Phoenix, but the short term rental world was new to both of us. Fortunately, Dave and I were gifted with Sara as our real estate agent for the Carolina Beach property. When we decided to do short-term rentals, Sara and her husband, Jordan mentioned that they were starting a Property Management business.

Sara and Jordan exhibit complete knowledge of the short term property rental market. Jordan was hands-on with setting up the condo for rentals—hooking up cable, setting up auto door locks, handling supply deliveries—to name a few things. They spent many hours and days communicating with us to explain the ins and outs of the business. Whenever Dave and I had a question, they were quick to answer within minutes.
The time and precise detail they spent establishing our listing through the Airbnb portal was astonishing. Our rental has been on Airbnb now for two months. During that time, they have shown extreme attention to detail with every aspect. I have witnessed the messages exchanged between Sara and Jordan and our guests at the rental, and it has been nothing but professional, efficient, positive, thoughtful and kind. Sara and Jordan have gone above and beyond to make each guest experience special. One night when a guest was missing some towels (due to a new cleaner’s oversight), Jordan made a special trip out to the unit at night to deliver the towels along with some champagne to take any edge of inconvenience away. Talk about service!
